I stopped in for an open house at a great new place, Metal Clay ARTchitects at 6 Emma St., Binghamton. They mostly make jewelry, using a new clay material that when fired leaves solid metal. Very nice pieces were on display, made by both partners and some of their students. They’ve got classes in beginning to advanced jewelry-making starting after the first of the yea,r which are worth looking at http://www.mcARTchitects.com.
